When I decided to life coach with Zina I thought I was too old! The first thing out of her was “one is NEVER too old for a life coach”! Boy was she right. At the time I was retiring, moving from California to Arizona, selling two homes and purchasing our new home in Arizona. My youngest daughter had moved to Australia and I had so much going on, all at one time. I have gone through many experiences in my life but retiring from an industry that I had worked in for over 30 years and moving to another state was life changing and challenging.
Zina helped me stay grounded and directed me towards listening to myself. She led to ask my self powerful questions I would never have thought to do myself. She empowered me with my inner-strength and helped guide me to feeling good about my decisions. Not only did she help me stay strong during a difficult (yet exciting) transition. When I asked, she would pray with me and for me. Zina has also taught me how to stay healthy inside and out!
